How is Puri-Puri Prisoner a hero? question So in Puri-Puri Prisoner's first appearance, we learn that he got sent to jail for stalking and combating male villains and heroes that he found attractive and possibly has committed sexual assault. How is this guy a hero? Shouldn't he be a criminal? Could someone explain him to me? I am confused.

Overall tho giving them the same striking strength tbf I give PPP an overall edge due to his overall endurance and regen. Current PPP would not have fell so easily to human Garou like Tanktop.
